International Migratory Bird Day (also known as World Migratory Bird Day) is an annual event held annually in 200 cities across 40 countries. Locally, Rocky Point Bird Observatory hosts an International Migratory Bird Day festival with
- bird walks
- bird banding demonstrations
- birds of prey presentation
- outreach and education displays from local environmentally-inclined organizations!
