Bat Count Launch Training Night
Sunday 26 May 2019, 08:00pm - 09:30pm

Bat Count Launch Training Night on Sunday
8:00 pm to 9:30pm in Saanich

On Sunday May 26, from 8:00-9:30 pm, join HAT staff and volunteers to learn about the BC Bat Count. We'll learn bat count techniques, how to identify our local bat species, and how you can help be a Bat Steward in our community.

Please bring water, a snack, warm clothing, a flashlight or headlamp, and a counting device (if you have one). For those with a smart phone, you can download an app counter. HAT will provide additional counters for those without.

We'll meet in the Filter Beds Parking Lot at Elk/Beaver Lake Regional Park. Click here for exact meeting location.
