Join Habitat Acquisition Trust and the Greater Victoria Green Team (GVGT) as we join forces to enter into the backcountry of Sooke to enhance wildlife habitat by removing non-native plants such as Scotch broom and English holly.  We will spend the day learning about how the land connects to the larger watershed,  the amazing wildlife corridor and the conservation covenant that is in place protecting this wild place forever.  We will work together to remove the introduced plants that are depleting habitat and food sources for our native wildlife and pollinators.

HAT and GVGT will provide all the tools, gloves, training and a free lunch.
