BECOME A MEMBER

Membership is one of the principle aspects of how Habitat Acquisition Trust is governed. As a member-based organization, every January members participate in HAT governance at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). These meetings give HAT board and staff the chance to be accountable to our members, to report out on the previous year and express our vision for the coming year.

The purchase and renewal of memberships represent a consistent, community-based funding source that HAT relies on to undertake some of our work.

Every year HAT holds a special event specifically for our members outside of the Annual General Meeting. The member lunch give us all the chance to socialize, to get to know each other, and to share stories.

Members choose either a TAX RECEIPT or HAT benefits
