Contribute to the invasive plant species removal and Indigenous plant restoration in the Songhees community. Volunteers are invited by Cheryl Bryce to assist in her restoration work including the removal of Himalayan Blackberry, Broom and Daphne in an important coastal oak meadow restoration site in Lekwungen territory.
Cheryl will maintain communication with the Songhees Nation about this restoration event.
Training, tools, gloves, and snacks will be provided.
